Can I change details or travel dates of my booking?

This depends on what changes you need to make and what the terms and conditions are for the specific tour you have booked as reservations with hotels and airlines will have a bearing on the outcome.

If you wish to amend a booking or enquire if a change can be made, please click ‘Contact Us’ at the top of the page and email us with your enquiry. We will then check the booking details and get back to you as soon as possible to advise if the amendment is possible and what charges would be incurred.

In some cases, flights, hotels and tours are totally non-refundable and non-changeable which means the airline would treat changes to travel dates as a cancellation and you would need to re-book and pay again.

All amendments will incur a minimum fee of $100 per person, per change in addition to any charges levied by the transport company and /or hotel and/or airline. You will be advised of all costs prior to any amendment being made on your behalf.

Can I cancel my tour, hotel or flight?

To submit a cancellation enquiry, please click ‘Contact Us’ at the top of this page and email us. Please include the booking/order reference number. We will endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.

Please note that deposits made to secure bookings with hotels and airlines can be completely non-refundable. Usually, there are no refunds with 60 days of departure. For this reason we recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance before booking.

Cancellation charges can vary and in some cases, a part refund may be obtained, which is calculated by deducting the airline's cancellation fee and our administration fee. Full fees will be explained to you at the time of cancellation.
